As a mentor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of new CTSM candidates. Your guidance and support will equip them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the program and excel in their CTSM journey.

Once a candidate enrolls in the CTSM program and indicates an interest in a mentor, they are assigned to a CTSM Mentor. A mentor could be working with a CTSM candidate for a year or more.
