Submission Guidelines
Exhibitor reserves the right to edit or discard submissions. Releases should be written in third party and should not include language that is excessively promotional.

The following submissions are generally accepted:
Executive hires and staff promotions; company mergers, partnerships, acquisitions, relocation or expansion; recent industry awards and recognition; new research results; new contracts or business agreements; industry-specific product launches or technological advances; results or attendance numbers from major trade shows, conventions, corporate events, or company charity events.

The following are generally not accepted:
Advertisements, articles, booth promotions, webinar or whitepaper announcements, or submissions which are not directly relevant to our audience.
