Occupying 1,766 square meters, the Singapore pavilion, known as the Dream Sphere, stands as a bold symbol of the nation’s spirit. Guided by the sub-theme Saving Lives, the pavilion explores how Singapore shapes an inclusive future for people, animals, and flora, embodying the country’s daring aspirations and innovative drive. Its concept, Where Dreams Take Shape, is brought to life through immersive storytelling, interactive installations, and collaborations with local artists. Visitors are invited to dream alongside Singapore and envision infinite possibilities for a better tomorrow.
Inspired by the theme of dreams, the Singapore pavilion narrates the story of how the Little Red Dot dares to dream beyond boundaries. Its façade is clad in 17,000 recycled aluminum Dream Discs, creating a shimmering, textural surface that represents the collective aspirations of Singaporeans. Inside the pavilion, visitors embark on a multi-sensory journey across three chapters, showcasing Singapore’s people, culture, and sustainable progress through immersive media and art.
The experience begins with “Canvas of Dreams,” an animated film that illustrates the nation's aspirations. The journey continues into a nature-inspired dreamscape featuring kinetic installations that depict a harmonious city where people, plants, and animals coexist. Interactive tree-like structures and proximity-based projections highlight Singapore’s commitment to biodiversity and ecological stewardship.
The final chapter, set in the Dream Repository, invites visitors to create and share their dreams, culminating in a 360-degree dome experience that celebrates a collective vision for the future. Guests then enter the Dream Forest, a tranquil space for reflection, events, and performances by Singaporean talents. The pavilion also features a Cloud Bar, Dream Boutique, and Shiok! Café, offering a curated showcase of Singapore’s culinary and design heritage.
The Dream Sphere is an architectural icon that embodies dreams and values through a seamless blend of architecture, art, and technology. It represents Singapore’s vibrant and inclusive identity, inspiring visitors to collaborate and envision a more resilient and lovable future.
