Savannah Convention Center
The Savannah Convention Center in Georgia is located on Hutchinson Island overlooking the Savannah River and near the famed Historic District — the largest Historic Landmark District in the United States and only a free 5-minute ferry ride away. Following its $276 million expansion project, which was completed in February 2025, the facility now boasts 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, 32 customizable breakout rooms, two ballrooms (40,000 and 25,000 square feet), and a 367-seat auditorium. Plus, there's now a 900-space parking garage, and a new 58-foot-wide hangar door facilitates the movement of large equipment into and out of the exhibit hall — an event marketer's dream.

SCC is Leed Gold certified.

Georgia is a "right-to-work" state.

Individual show management will determine whether exhibitors can set up their own booths.

Per Georgia law, weapons are allowed inside the SCC.

Upper decks of multilevel exhibits and enclosed areas more than 300 square feet must have two means of egress.

Display vehicles are limited to half a tank or a maximum of 10 gallons of fuel, whichever is less. Batteries must be disconnected and fuel tanks sealed.

Helium balloons are permitted as permanent fixtures but may not be distributed. There is a $175 fee for each balloon that must be retrieved from the ceiling.

Propane is allowed in 2-pound tanks or smaller.

Preapproved, water-based fog machines are allowed.

CCLD Networks is the exclusive internet and telecommunications provider.

Sampling is limited to 1 ounce of food and 2 ounces of beverage. No alcohol sampling is allowed.
