When it's time to get the show on the road, nothing can help you do it faster than an exhibit in a box on wheels. The CGS Premier Drop Trailer (DT) is all that and then some, incorporating the perks of a container with the portability of a trailer to create an exhibit that can go anywhere and be set up in minutes. The DT is available in lengths from 18 to 24 feet and features a trailer with retractable axles, turning it into a ground-level display. Container exhibits can be customized inside and out and crafted to have open walls, glass doors, awnings, and many other finishing touches when set up as a display. Make your shipping containers do double duty when you use the TADD ShowCase that transforms from a sturdy crate to an elegant display tower in minutes. The roto-molded container is about 40 inches tall when closed, but stretches to nearly twice that height as a display case with a depth of 18 inches and a 26-inch-wide display area. Units can have locking storage, as well as a protective acrylic shield surrounding the display area to secure valuable items. Acrylic shelves, bright LED lights, custom branding, a plastic top header, and a plastic wrap for the base create a finished look for the piece, which can hold all of those components and be assembled without tools. Nothing represents a bigger waste of an exhibiting budget than a stack of leads sitting on someone's desk getting cold because they weren't correctly or adequately qualified, or because someone is too busy to process them. But GetSynchronicity can ease the burden of lead management from an exhibitor's shoulders with Quiz & Qualify, a product that is part software, part staffer, and pure relief from lead-capture woes. GetSynchronicity provides tablets loaded with a customized app that gathers information, qualifies prospects, and "gamifies" the experience to keep attendees engaged. While not required, it can also provide trained brand ambassadors who will do all of the lead-collection duties for your staff, freeing them to talk with qualified prospects. What's more, Quiz & Qualify includes post-show lead management to ensure that data is quickly disseminated to the sales staff for prompt follow-up.
