ETP Announces Transition to Next Chapter after Successful Integration of ChoiceLIVE
1/12/2026
ORLANDO, FL – Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) today announced the successful two-and-a-half-year integration of ChoiceLIVE into its operating division, Event EQ. As a result, Doug Murray, former ChoiceLIVE founder and leader of the integration, is transitioning out of his operational role with the company.
“The acquisition of ChoiceLIVE was a key strategic step in expanding Event EQ’s capabilities, and Doug has been instrumental in ensuring a flawless integration of both the technology and the team,” said Les Goldberg, CEO of LMG/ETP. “The mission is accomplished. We now have a fully unified platform that is primed for its next phase of growth.”
Doug Murray has successfully completed his commitment, which included the full migration and strategic alignment of all ChoiceLIVE assets and personnel.
“Seeing the ChoiceLIVE team successfully integrate and thrive within ETP has been deeply rewarding,” said Murray. “We built something truly special together, and I’m proud to leave Event EQ with a unified, high-performing team positioned for continued scaling. Now that the integration phase is complete, I’m looking forward to recharging before taking on my next entrepreneurial challenge.”
Murray will remain available to ETP in an advisory capacity through January 30, 2026, assisting with final administrative closure. Day-to-day leadership of the Event EQ division is now in the very capable hands of 17-year company veteran Ian Campbell, Executive Vice President.
