iYGIENE Introduces Patented Microfiber Business Cards that Clean Phones and Kill Bacteria

Los Angeles, CA - iYGIENE announces the development of FYIber™Cards, a new technology to keep business cards in wallets and out of the trash.
A leader in antimicrobial cleaning cloths, the company patented a hybrid between medical-grade microfiber and traditional business cards. The cards clean phones and kill bacteria, and they are wallet-size and washable, making them a convenient cell phone cleaner in customer’s wallets until they need to contact you.
Principal and developer Bob Oku got the idea after attending a seminar about sales follow-up strategies. The seminar speaker noted that a business card is like a mosquito — you notice them but in a week, they’re dead. This prompted iYGIENE’s Brand Survivability mission.
“A business card is not a piece of paper; it’s your brand,” says Oku. “It’s also an extension of a personal contact you made with someone. FYIber™ Cards give a new purpose to business cards, allowing customers to be reminded of your interaction and your brand with each use.”
Giving someone a business card often signals the end of a conversation, but the FYIber™ Card can keep the conversation going a bit longer.
“When you hand the card to someone, you have a chance to re-engage when they ask, ‘What’s this?’ And this can be an opening to explain what the card does and how it reflects your company’s commitment to innovation, technology, or the environment.”
