Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center
Situated deep in the heart of Arlington, between Dallas and Fort Worth, the new Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center, which opened its doors in February 2024, is the culmination of an $810 million expansion project. The modern, glass-fronted facility boasts 266,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and the state-of-the-art construction project has three ballrooms, including the 51,224 square-foot Crystal Ballroom, which is the largest in Arlington. It also has five levels of ample and versatile meeting space and theater seating for 5,000, and just outside the convention center's doors is a 27,000-square-foot event lawn. Art lovers should make a stop at the Arlington Museum of Art, which just opened its doors in the nearby Entertainment District.


WHERE TO SLEEP
Two hotels connect to the Loews Arlington Convention Center — Live! By Loews, which has 300 guest rooms and connects via skybridge, and the 888-room Arlington Loews. The next closest hotels are located within just a few miles of the Arlington Convention Center: the Hilton Arlington, the Sheraton Arlington, and the Crowne Plaza.
WHAT TO EAT
The Loews Arlington Convention Center is located steps from a multitude of dining options that will please virtually any tastebud. For a casual Italian meal, Farena slings delicious pizza from its two brick ovens. For a fine-dining option, Cut + Bourbon, located in Live! by Loews, offers an upscale steakhouse experience.
HOW TO GET THERE
Only 13 miles separate the Loews Arlington Convention Center and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). And it's only a 30-minute drive from Dallas Love Field. Transportation options between DFW and the convention center abound. A ride share will cost about $30. From the Live! By Loews hotel, the Arlington Trolley green line will give guests free transportation around the city's entertainment district.

A full service business center and UPS office is available on site.

The exhibition hall ceiling height reaches 11 feet.

There is no marshaling yard in Arlington.

Balloons, confetti, and loose items are not allowed on the trade show floor.

The Loews Arlington Convention Center is a non-union facility.

Fuel tanks in display vehicles must be less than one-half full or be completely empty.

Wifi for the Loews Arlington Convention Center is arranged through the production company Encore.

All food and beverage for the facility must be purchased through Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center.

The Loews Arlington Convention Center has two freight elevators and five dock bays. Two are for 18-wheelers and two are for box trucks.

The ceiling height entrance into the loading dock area is 14 feet.

Loews Arlington Convention Center's freight elevators are 276 feet from the loading dock area.
